Stalemate is a dumb rule that shouldn't exist. Please don't argue this point with me. If you disagree, please hold your tongue, I have no desire to get in an argument

Yoo shouldn't be banned from tournaments. He is a strong GM who loves chess and should be able to continue competitive play. This incident is weird but has nothing to do with chess. FIDE should focus on the problem of cheating and leave this kind of harrassement stuff to the police.

Can you explain to me how this approach safeguards female players at these future tournaments, given that this is now the second time something has happened?
So, cheating is a no-no (I agree, it is) but harassment-type allegations and incidents are to be ignored by the chess bodies?
As I have said in an earlier comment, when chess institutions ignore this sort of thing, it does not end well.
Police prosecutions and court cases typically take a long time to process, are you saying that nothing should be done to protect female players in the meantime?
Calling the incident "weird" rather understates the possible impact on the alleged victim.

All mayor football leagues interfere is something happened in the stadium. Not caring if the police is acting too or not. An amateur club in Germany is charged because the fans made sexistic statements on the female referee for example.

You think this is uncivilised? Maybe you didn't follow the discussion on some of my other blogs, they were a lot worse, for example:
lichess.org/@/QueenRosieMary/blog/breaking-the-silence-online/h9S8jea9
and
lichess.org/@/QueenRosieMary/blog/you-can-run-but-should-you-hide/idI8xIQZ
I don't agree that shutting down discussion about these types of issues in chess is a constructive way to go. I am sure there are people, perhaps those that like the status quo, where harassment of women at chess tournaments is deeply embedded in the chess culture, who would love to stifle the debate, but I am not one of them.
Ok, I didn't want to call people out, but it isn't fair to call him "Autistic," nor is it fair to call him a "Horrible excuse for a human being." There's no proof that he's autistic, and it isn't fair on people who are autistic.
