If they are really fast, as they say, they'll be rated higher than 1300 because bullet is more about time management than actual chess.

@Prince_of_6ixty4our Yeah but for him, he is moving fast but for us higher rated players , it might be slow.
Edit : And also he might be moving very fast that he didn't see the threat and loses material or gets mated

@Le_Patzer83 Same Problem for me: Look at my blitz and my rapid rating and my provisional correspondence: 2068 blitz 2472 rapid!! more than 400 point difference! Also My OTB national rating (not FIDE, but my german national rating is calculated the same way as is FIDE elo) is 2100 and I'm 15. So Idk what is wrong with my blitz or time management, but I just can't handle it.

@Prahadeesh1 "But we higher rated players". You are not high rated as well LMAO. High rated is 90th percentile on the time control you focus on.

"Calculated the same way as FIDE" doesn't mean that your strength is the same as one with a 2100 FIDE rating.

@Prince_of_6ixty4our It is, I have friends with 2100 Elo (not national, elo to get it right) who I consequently beat.

So my strength is 2100 Elo, and that remains. I wouldn't get to 2472 rapid if it wouldn't be so and of course I wouldn't be in 99.8% If I would not be 2100 at least.
