Please refrain from nationalist comments. Not all Russians misbehave, in chess or elsewhere.
As one of my friends in Russia says, "There are no bad nationalities, just bad people".
And I've certainly played against Russian players here.

He is a GM at false cheating and other things

Not only suspend but even revoke all of his titles.
There is no 14th world champion, just like there is no winner of Tour de France 1999-2005.
Yeah but Lance Armstrong cheated and Kramnik didn't so it is different. If you want to strip Kramnik for accusing Naroditsky of cheating, should we also revoke Fischer's WC title because of antisemitism?

it's not nationalist, it says that he (mostly) has fans / supporters only in Russia. And I'm glad that we don't see much of this troll gang here.

Kramnik made a fool of himself quite enough with his multiple unsubstantiated accusations against respected chess players, but now a young man died and he won't stop. A line has been crossed in my opinion. He's not just making a fool of himself anymore, he's toxic and dangerous to the community.
In my opinion he crossed that line a long time ago. FIDE stood by and did nothing. A bitter old man used his title to continuously and baselessly attack the reputation of another well respect FIDE member, and now we have lost him. Even after this tragedy he continues to add insult to injury. Will there be any consequences?

This reminds me that GM Navarra recently published a blog post on Lichess where he explained that Kramnik's baseless accusations lead him to entertain suicidal thoughts.

There is no 14th world champion...
Strangely enough, for a few people needlessly mindful of fairness in sports, there is nothing to revoke, since you cannot possibly gain a World Title, by winning a private match in the capacity of a Kasparov's acolyte.
Of course, this mere thought is nightmarish for Mr.Cedur and comrades.
I would rather suggest to him and his numerous N..i friends, to boldly make use of the occasion and demand this, for their full ideological satisfaction.
-
Request the revocation of all titles won by Soviet-born players (they probably cheated anyway) with the specific exception of Kasparov and other notable Western (N..i) friends.
-
In the case of the aforementined exceptions, retro-actively change their represented country, and use a Vlasovite flag, already offered by the good LiChess programmers.
-
As an option, add Ding Liren to the bunch of villains. I am confident that Mr.Cedur considers using such an evil flag colour to be an offense serious enough.
Best wishes.

This is precisely what you said:
"I'm glad we don't see them here."
I appreciate that this meant specifically Russian fans of Kramnik,
but one is allowed to have chess heroes even if they have shortcomings.
As has been said indirectly, people may admire Fischer the player, while recognising his strangeness.
And there are admirers of Alekhine - but rarely from the fans of JR Capablanca.
I am sorry, but it is getting rather fashionable to condemn Russians en masse and for that matter, Israelis and Jews
(not always coterminous).

Revoking titles is not a good idea, although I would like to mention that FIDE has changed its list of the World Champions before, and that Vishy Anand became the unified World Champion in 2007, although Vladimir Kramnik was referred to as a World Champion until 2008 in some sources. And stripping him of the GM title would be absurd as well.
That said, about 10 years ago FIDE forced a certain ex-GM to return his first prize ($11000) after he had been found guilty of cheating at his next tournament.
Many of GM Kramnik's statistic have been found highly problematic by experts.
GM Kramnik has got his reputation of a fighter against cheating primarily because of his statistics and accusations. Those statistics and accusations helped him to play two very well-paid matches against José Martínez Alcántara.
Perhaps FIDE could force GM Kramnik to pay his earnings from those matches to Danya's family. (Money would not repair the damage, but I see no better way how an inactive player could be adequately punished. Removing titles would appear inadequate in this case.)
