Kramnik should be isolated from the chess world

Yeah having opinions and harassing someone intently like this is completely different...

so how exactly did he 'harass' him?

He continuously tried to push the idea that Danya was cheating and urged platforms like chesscom to take action on it, attacked Danya again and again with false claims and evidence on social media, etc.

His fans also sent Danya death threats and stuff

"deserves to be punished harshly"
says the judge?

Says everyone in the community, because leading someone to take their own life even if legal is not a great thing to do, according to most people... idk if you differ

"sure he's chilling"
says the fly on the wall?

I mean I don't know I don't think he has faced ANY consequence yet, has he? He probably has no conscience so yeah he really could be chilling, most likely is

Because he cheated according to them? That's a little bit much if true. (however, Kramnik has not done so himself I guess).

Anyway, I guess I missed a lot of what went going on.

Still, there must have been something else wrong with Danya (if it was a suicide), as he had still tons of supports from thousands of people I guess. I assume. It's not like the whole world hated him or something.

Yeah most likely there were other factors but this took a huge toll on his mental health and he has spoken openly about it
And he was probably highly sensitive so he thought that the world hated him because most Russians thought he actually cheated

Even if Kramnik didn't know all that after Danya spoke about it many times Kramnik should have stopped but he didn't

He should be held responsible to A CERTAIN EXTENT and punished for it

How about if Kramnik was actually correct to some degree with his accusations? (let's assume theoretically)?

ps: just saying, I'm not assuming Kramnik is correct, because it seems he overshoots here and there, and I don't even know this particular case.. but if I were not guilty, and if someone would claim I am .. hmmmm... I personally may would think .. "you are all idiots thinking I'm guilty.. fuck off you idiots" and maybe it would not be that hard for me to handle. The opposite case would maybe be very hard for me .. there the only solution would be to admit it. (but that's me, how I might would handle it)

If he could provide adequate evidence PROVING that Danya actually cheated then he wouldn't be in the wrong
But he could not, so yeah, even if he was correct to some degree he should not have given false proofs or harassed, but in this case even that is most likely not true because most gms concluded that the moves were normal and Danya was playing completely fairly... Danya cheating is about as likely as me saying my opponent cheated in my last blitz game even tho they made mistakes... Danya did not even play perfectly on the games he was accused for

Yeah maybe Danya isn't you, and people are different and take things differently?

Yes, that's a good point.

If you accuse someone of something bad, you should be pretty sure about it .. so you could actually kind of prove it.

kramnik ragebaited danya which isnt fair, because danya did nothing wrong it was all false accusations.also, kramnik is also falsely accusing other people which is annoying and bad.
