@MidiChlorianCount will you still stick to this statement when we finally get convincing evidence?

@VTWood im still trusting the world champion more than a random guy who claims to be an attorney but sounds more like a little fan-girl for a known cheater...

Do you mean this statement:-
"Carlsen is a disgrace. I really hoped he'd have more but basically it's - I think I'm too good for this guy ever to have beaten me with black, he didn't even look like he was sweating!!"
If so, of course not. I said I hoped he'd have more. He hasn't provided more. He's just doubled down on what - as it stands - is a baseless accusation.
I said in one of the other threads this morning that I was really hoping he'd actually have more to say / provide some evidence. But unfortunately he hasn't...
Evidence would be nice, what device would Hans be using? How does his ''mentor'' communicate with him when OTB?
Oh wow, I am so embarrassed for Magnus. I am actually personally humiliated, and I didn't expect it at all. I always respected chess prowess as a clear form of expression of mental acuity.
What was his accuracy against Niemann? Below 50 right? Now he's trying to claim that he did it to prevent cheating? And he's targeting a 19yr old based on actions when he was even younger?
If Magnus' real agenda was what he stated, "to do something about cheating", does he really believe anyone thinks he would not have thought of a more effective way to do it?
Is this the truth he was looking for? Are these the actions Magnus claims to be acting with?

I can imagine that when Niemann and Carlsen met in Florida and were playing blitz on the beach, Niemann was star struck and reveeled things for Magnus that he now regrets. This would fit well with what Caruana said on the podcast that Carlsen felt very uncomfortable as soon he found out that Niemann would be playing Sinquefield. He went from being Niemann’s pal in Florida to seeing him as a cheater before they had even played.
I don't intend the following to be criticism specifically of what you suggested. I find it striking how you captured so much of the commentary on this topic with the words "I can imagine".

This would be legally admissible, their conversations were not subject to protection.
Magnus played pathetically, he can't handle the ego hit.

Like the ex-POTUS who can declassify documents stably by pure, genius level thought, maybe Dlugy thinks of the best move derived from Stockfish which is instantly conveyed through the ether directly to Niemann's hand which makes the move otb.
Why is Magnus afraid to be sued for libel ([I need] explicit permission to speak openly) if he has actual evidence? To be fair, the reverse is true for Hans.
Whether Hans is guilty or not, really disapointing behavior from Magnus, Hikaru ect.
Why are you disappointed? I feel very appointed.
