Ever since I've been interested in chess, my parents have been very hopeful for me becoming a grandmaster in the future. With all the expectations piled up on me, I gradually lost interest, but continued it for the love of the dream. Whenever I lose or get broken, I just take a break. If I horribly blunder, I instantly realize that this day is not for me. So, I take a break, come back stronger with my parents' words of encouragement.

Such a funny and horrible thing . probably applies to so many people. I was dumb, told my best friend that I don't resign... and he squashed me and made me resign cause there was nothing else I could do. Taught me some humility that I needed I reckon
