Everyone have their stronger and weaker sides, you can't reach total equality between men and women. I doubt that woman are fighting for a much harder jobs in a factory or mine. They already have enough rights in most progressive countries.
Chess statistic proves that mostly men are getting higher at chess ladder, bear in mind that men (mostly) are much durable and less emotional when it's comes to serious things. And every rule has an exception.
