Hardly. Susan Polgar was already a GM and the World Women ́s Champion in both Blitz and Rapid when she first met Bobby. Judit was an even stronger GM, and won an exhibition match in that year (1993) against Spassky, tied for first in Hastings, and beat Ivanchuk, Short and Korchnoi in a blindfold tournament of 12 GMs, coming 4th.

agreed.
you can only be born good at chess.
you cant train and become better like in physical strength and games involving physical strength.

@snipermode Susan Polgar is a talented and a prodigie person. she is in the same situation as Kasparov or Anand. she was born a prodigy and she cultivated her talent through work
And Susan beat Magnus Carlsen ! So she's in an equal range with Fisher, Kasparov, Anand and Carlsen.

@CSKA_Moscou look up the life of Susan and her sisters and how their parents raised them. Susan wasn’t some prodigy genius. She was raised to be a chess master. Pretty much anyone who’s raised like that will become a master at chess
