Chess.com vs Lichess

Look, we all love Lichess, but you are way too obsessed with this argument.

To all who have spoken, I leave your comments and suggestions I thank you. The truth is that I did not expect to see so many opinions and comments on this subject. I will declare the winner of this debate once this topic has reached 10 pages and has read each other's comments.

@inmaniac what you say is correct, and yet many teachers and players of Chess.com prefer their analysis board. I ask you personally which one do you think is better?

My two cents follow.

Forum: I honestly prefer lichess. It's much more simple and clear to use.
Website: Lichess. Cool design, less lag, less ads. I want to play chess, not wrongly click on some ads!
Price: Lichess, obviously. It's free.

The only thing that imo beats lichess is the fact that chessdotcom has a few more functionalities, which I don't really care about. Thus, my vote goes for lichess.

This has gone far enough.
And it's not the first time!

Let me notice -again- that this forum would never appear on chess.com.
They hate reference to their "rivals".

@Samarta I think the computer analysis here better than chess.com. Its simpler to launch. But maybe a master would know if their analysis is better. On chess.com you have to choose between 4 types of analysis. It might be better but I like how simple the one here is better. For the analysis board I guess I kind of like the one there better. I play a lot of correspondence games on that site. I can't really give a good reason why I like it a little better because the one here is great. I'm not a high rated player, however, so another opinion might mean more than mine. :)

Why do these debates happen? They are irrelevant. Instead of wasting your time here, play some chess games on the magnificent chess site that is lichess.
