Let's just pretend Scandinavia hasn't put an end to ALL restrictions and has as a result some of the lowest incidences in the world. Baltic countries, don't go the USSR route again!

Let's not forget that Norway has a nearly 90% vaccination rates which allows this. So does Denmark. And Sweden started with no lockdowns, which killed off most the vulnerable people. So vaccination or mass death is the way forward.

I live in Latvia so I can tell a bit more about what's going on here.
without vaccination they don't even allow you to attend doctor without pricy ~40€ test which is valid for 2-3 days. We are one of poorest countries in EU so 40€ is a lot for most people.
They are mass firing people as we speak for lack of previously positive laborotory covid test or vaccine. Covid antibody blood test doesn't count. We had to wear masks almost everywhere indoor for a year now (no exceptions during summer when we saw very low cases). They are comparing people who refuse to take vaccine to pigs, to lice infested beggars (in national news and said by supposedly well respected persons), calling it 'epidemic of unvaccinated' while at same time we are now having almost third of positive cases among vaccinated, all the while vaccinated are barely tested anywhere, not even upon admission in major hospitals.
They are talking (on rumor level) about refusing treatement to unvaccinated once they have to choose who to treat. They are giving extra benefit money to vaccinated, taking away benefit money from unvaccinated. All goverment and municipality created workplaces require vaccination, most to all public proffessions have mandatory vaccination.
There are no health or religious exemptions for vaccination. They are forcing kids to wear mask at school only if they are unvaccinated thus setting them up for bullies with covid pass (we have among highest school bullying rates in the world). Unvaccinated are not allowed to visit anything but smaller grocery stores. You can't even get emergency dentist treatment without covid test if you are unvaccinated (ER doesn't cover any teeth related emergencies).
Our prime minister wanted to mandate vaccination for anyone over 50 year olds (that idea for now was put aside).
Somehow our goverment spent 80 million on 120 new covid beds (that is as a matter of fact 666666€ per bed, our national yearly budget is usually 5 billion euro or so).
52000 people (that's about 3% of our population) signed petition against mandatory covid vaccines, it was completely ignored. Now about 12000 signed petition that unvaccinated covid patients should fully cover their own treatement and the goverment is enthusiastic about making that a law - which will also include any other illnesses for which you get hospitalized if you then catch covid in hospital as unvaccinated person. We are basically not allowed to protest. Despite that we had protests against mandatory vaccination - one of biggest protests since we regained independence, they were mocked by media and ignored by goverment, the leaders of these protests as well as many participants received very high fines and other repressions and mockery. After them we had army do blank round shooting exercises in our streets as part of 'training', - shooting bullets as mothers with children went past (apparently to scare away any future protests by threatening with military response).
We have now nightly curfews with 2000€ fines if you are caught outside at that time for any other reason than going to or from work.

Despite all these never ending measures and vaccination which is now well over 50% we currently have highest covid incidence rate in the world.

I know people will say - just take the vax. No I don't want to and think it's my right to refuse medical procedure, especially anything that gets injected into me. Also I have nearly zero fear of covid (and no I don't think I can't die from it - I frankly simply am not scared - I have worse things to fear, also by official statistics my chances of dying from it are not very great, as the average covid death in my country equals life expectancy in my country, and only 20 or so people of my age have supposedly died from covid since this started according to official sources, and people in the u40 age group compromise only 6% of covid hospitalization so don't really threaten our health system or anything).
Also I believe it might be dangerous for my health to take these vaccines (any of the available), and the fact that it's nearly mandatory even further reduces my desire to take it.
I've had bad reactions to vaccines and have other reasons to believe it could be bad for me + the vaccine only has emergency authorization in Europe, I cannot believe for the world that they are mandating something that doesn't even have full authorization and was made at record speed, but so it is, and I honestly no longer want to live in this country.
