Now either you can leave your writing as is, a monument and artistic work in a paralell universe yet in this one, divorced from traditional logic, or you can make the necessary corrections to remove ambiguity and make it understandable from a logical and semantical point of view. Trolling is literally listed under "Inappropriate communications", as well as bigotry (or hypocrisy). Besides you don't always need to refer to ToS when it's simply about common sense ("Some non-exhaustive examples ...") ... exaggerated propaganda with the sake of stirring paranoid beliefs or undermining the credibility of the site administration is definitely a part of that.

Shadowbans are for cheaters and normal bans are regular bans if you want to learn more about it read this link lichess.org/page/forum-etiquette learn more about it and then never ask this stupid question because everyone should know this.

When you say "the reality has not changed since 2017" What would that be? in which cathegory falls?
