It takes time, there are waaay too many requests to be a streamer, lichess will tek a=time to approve, just wait, patience is a virtue (the best quote ever lol)

I think you'll first have to get approved and then you'll have to stream a lot?

I can't steam too
you have to be a good chess player and have a twitch account to stream
very easiest way is to copy the image and paste it

I had a similar problem a few days ago with streaming which I will mention in a few minutes.
Fist of all, you might want to make sure you have the details in https://lichess.org/streamer/edit filled in. Do make sure you have at least one stream channel box filled as well as your preferred streamer name.
Once you have done that, which you might have already done, you might face the same problem as me a few days ago. I was streaming but it wasn't going live on Lichess. My problem was solved by going to https://lichess.org/page/streamer-page-activation which tells you the requirement. Hope this helps :)
