How to get a streamer icon in our profile??

I am a streamer in lichess and i streamed. But i did not got any streamer logo when i am live and not when i am not live also.
Please help me how to get streamer icon in my profile

If you get a Streaming Pemission from Lichess and start Steaming on it, then the glowing Stream Icon gets placed to your profile

I have set up my streamer page from 2 months, still mods did not approve it.
