"Leaving the game" in online chess means that the player has disconnected, which is mostly due to rage- quitting, closing the application or network issues. For more information see:

yeah, for 2 minutes, the minimum it takes to reconnect.

Rage- quitting? position is +5 for white

That's not the "minimum". You can disconnect and reconnect after a few seconds.

I also said "or due to closing the application (i meant accidentally) or network issues. Even if the position is completely winning according to the engine, it's not always obvious to human players. They can still rage-quit thinking they're losing.
I posted links so that you read them. Did you learn nothing?

Not "it was", but it still is, for bug reports and suggestions. The thing is people make their topics without understanding what subforum it belongs to. But everyone is still happy to help:)

I appreciate ur thoro response
Thanks

@lakfish my feedback was intended for improving the rule, not criticizing ur specific response.

Sorry, i didn't get that. How do want which rule to improve?

@lakfish brief glitch I consider trivial. Full disconnection, requiring manual reconnection, takes at least a couple minutes. Give players the benefit of the doubt, at least a few minutes to log back. I have had opponents reconnect after +15 minutes.

As much as possible, I would design rules to be minimally restrictive, interfering only to prevent the most extreme cases. Almost as though I had set forth no rule. In this case, I might allow interference after some 20 minutes.

@Cooperating, even that is already discussed many times. See:

The thing is, some people think it's too strict, some think it's not enough. Whatever the devs do, they can't satisfy evryone. Can they?
