I have the same problem as DetroitMichael. I got 2499 last night (all-time high) then today I did new puzzle of the day, got 1 point, and my rating went to 2500 and my rating/#puzzles went to ?
I later played two puzzles after 8pm eastern, including a 24xx that I got wrong, and nothing.
This is really annoying. I've done over 50,000 puzzles, I deserve my damn rating. and I think it should be displayed as well.
And I like seeing the ratings of top players. I was psyched when I got my puzzle rating higher than Penguins'.

Unlike video game addiction, where you might spend way too many hours chasing that ultimate game but screwups don't matter (just play again), the chess puzzles has that ongoing score. So when you screw up (I've gone down 100+ pretty quick many times), it can take a lot of work just to get it back, especially when you're tired
If you want to check the database you'll see two Friday nights in a row last Fall I played around 15 hours straight. That was a serious chore.

It seems that they decided that anyone over 2500 puzzle rating is a cheat. Of course they are correct we are all cheats, our ratings all went up, of course it has nothing to do with allowing us to select puzzle themes and still give us full rating for them which will obviously inflate everyones rating, including those who don't select themes, they know this is the case yet still call us all cheats and say a few non cheats may be affected, it seems clear that a few cheats and many non cheats have been affected. Yes my rating is much higher than my playing rating, but blame the puzzle rating system and don't call me a cheat.
I didn't select themes... Not even change the difficulty, mostly... But anyway, I just want to know how to contact? What happens now? Is there anyone that can say to me if it will be any revision? Is going to be permanently? I did nothing wrong.

Solve some more puzzles over the next few days and check again.
I have done about 50 puzzles and no points given or lost and solved puzzles not being added to my puzzle dashboard.

@escaquirot your rapid rating did change twice. You got +5 then -5... So overall 0 but that's because you gained and loss same amount of points over two games
