I am sorry to bother you again.
I was patient as @vishytheplayer suggested me. And thankfully the problem I had with the puzzles was corrected 5/6 days ago!!
But 2 days ago, I noticed certain problem with the puzzles score again.
I only think, sometimes very hard, to try to solve a puzzle and less gambling with the solution. Evaluating all the possible continuations as far as I can to understand the position and learn. Learn solving it, or learn with my mistakes.
If doing that, I accidentally affect the score system I am really sorry. But I never cheated, and I never try to harm the score system. You can check my puzzle history or my entire profile as far as you can. I did not selected themes. I did puzzles in normal difficulty. (I did not see difference with hard difficulty at my score.)
If I would know better what is the problem with the puzzles may be I could make some suggestions. I don't know. Make the puzzles give me less points? Or no points whatsoever arrived certain point? Trying to solve some of the hardest level might work (at least for some time, but provided that everyday new puzzles arrive it would be just fine)? I don't know. Provided that I am not using assistance may be nothing is needed to do. Or make me some recommendations? I can auto-limit myself the time to think a puzzle...
I'll be more patient as the problem is solve again, but..
Please, it will be mostly appreciated if the right person or some moderator tell me that I will not be forgotten.

Gabon, lagun! I have read your posts and I have thought that maybe you are not happy with the solution about the puzzles yet... I have to say that it seems to me that they are already making changes. Six days ago a friend of mine was able to see my score again, but 2 days ago she can't. I don't know if your situation is exactly the same as mine.
In fact, I don't really care too much about others seeing the "?" in my profile, but is very unfair and ugly to be treated the same way as a cheater is.
Let's be patient, and try to talk to them calmly, and hope to be listened until a good solution is found to all of us.
In any case, we will continue enjoying chess. Don't be stressed out!
I trust in the honesty of the people collaborating with Lichess, and it is not in their minds and hearts to punish innocent people.

As a chess lover that I am... I don't want to miss the opportunity to thank you, for the great contribution that you do to chess (and internet), now that I need to contact you directly for the first time.
Since I registered the server was always better and better. Great job!!
Not knowing what the problem is, I understand that you had to take some actions. Facing the dilema between sensibility and specificity with cautious. Unfortunately, I am one of those false positives yet.
I think that may be you are not aware of my situation. (Please, you can check my others post in the forum. There are a few, and all about the same problem.)
The problem was thankfully solved, but 2/3 days later again I had a "?" in my profile.
Later, I noticed that the question mark disappear and appear every time I cross 2500.
I know that other people dose not have this problem any more. And I saw a streamer with 2600's making puzzles at normal difficulty. What I mean is that I did nothing different or wrong.
I reached 2600's twice recently. And probably I'll be nearest of it if I avoid playing until exhaustion again. What can I do if I do correctly most of the 2500's puzzles and some others beyond that?
If I need to force me to be under 2500 in the puzzles to avoid a "?" in my profile shown to others I would artificially introduced more noise in the score system.
Look. My position is very weak. But the honesty I have with me playing puzzles, made an obligation for me to put you in communication.
Really, may be, there is only one friend (escalf!) of mine who cares about my score.
I don't care to much about the score. I do care about my history games, and my chess insights.. a little.
But what I really care is to be treated differently, like if I was a cheater or a suspicious person.
I am ready to delete my profile and make another account if necessary, but, sadly, I would face the same problem. Even worst, then, you would not have as many record of my games, etc. You would know less about me...
So. I hope that you will understand my situation and you will give me a good solution. Please.
Considering that if, for whatever reasons, I and others persons in a situation like me, are forgotten as a collateral damage, that would be very sad, and harmful for Lichess. Not in its spirit.
(I don't have as many information but I don't think that a person with a lot of thousands of puzzles who patronised the server is suspicious too..)

I don't want to play, I only want to think and solve puzzles... So, if lichess considers this to be a toxic behaviour and they mark us as suspicious the moment we achieve 2500 points, I will sadly think twice before paying again...

Or make a general post so others users can say what they think about that discriminatory behaviour that not only affected me.
I just got a ? mark next to my puzzle rating... Not that it really matters but I have never cheated on a puzzle or a single move in any game.
I was ticking along nicely, up and down around 2300.
Decided to do a couple of hundred smothered mates, while I got mostly 0 points for each one it is good pattern recognition and improves speed. I then moved on to mate in 1 which is easy to get 100% correct. Even when set to "Hardest" they are not hard.
So obviously I have lots more correct than normal today even if my rating doesn't go up much. Looks like that flags something in the system.
If playing all of one type is not allowed, then don't allow it! @thibault

Just to say that the system seemed to sort itself out and the ? mark went away. I've done a lot of mate in 2s since and it seems fine. Thanks for these puzzles. With covid not allowing me to carry out the business I have had for over 15 yrs, and no social OTB pub chess, they have been a life saver.
And now the ? mark is back after doing loads more of the same theme! Needs looking at.
