Then stop missing the point!

Do you not notice, that you are consequently missing the point?

@NotTakenUsername

Good question. Answer - Laziness. It's easier them to block the option for all games.

It was the same question when they blocked hyperbullet games for variants. (Some people were farming for ratings).
They could have left the option to play casual games, but they didn't.

And how exactly do those fall in line with advocating for fair play?

it just exactly the same.

I've never hear someone say Slavery is freedom, that's a pretty stupid thing to say.

But in that instance, i would say that the abusers would be the ones that have slaves, and think they are entitled to it. Then a law comes by and says: No more slaves, they only work for you if you BOTH agree.

Then you people think it's unfair to have your slaves taken away, and blame whoever decided this for taking away your right to them.

I'm just the guy in favor of rules where everybody is treated fairly and the same, if you think that's advocating a bad thing, I'm okay with that

So, by "fairly," you really mean stripping away people's rights to make their own choices and shoving a totalitarian concept of fairness down everyone's throats? No, what you're pushing for is nothing less than enforcing slavery and forced labor. Let's not pretend otherwise. The players who choose to pair up against white are doing so of their own free will. You talk about fairness, but all you're doing is ripping away the players' rights. This is absolutely disgusting.

" The only thing that has changed is that you can only do this if your opponent agrees with it."

Sorry, but an open challenge, the opponent needs to accept (agree) in the challenge seek lobby.
So, you and others keep saying "forced to play black" etc. - but that is just not true. simply dont accept (that is agreeing) an offered challenge!

No, what you were doing is disgusting. You stripped away the rights of everyone else to be treated in a fair playingfield for the sole purpose of taking the advantage for yourself.

Players are paired automatically once you are in the lobby, so they had no option but to play you at an unfair advantage 100% of the time.

They solved it beautifully, you can still choose the color you want to play, just only against people who are willing to participate in the uneven settings :)

Nope, not true. You are auto-matched in the lobby

So, you and others keep saying "forced to play black" etc. - but that is just not true. simply dont accept (that is agreeing) an offered challenge!

Yes, they solved it this way! You can now get the invite, and choose to accept it or not. This is the perfect solution, everybody can choose freely now

Spoken like a true totalitarian. You are unhappy because the players were happy using their free will. I'm almost 100% certain that you are the type of person who constantly push their narrative on others in real life because you think it's the right way to go.
