i know what flag and flagger is but what on earth is lagger? was watching ultra and the word was mentioned in the chat, aimed at one player. so what's it?

@tpr thanks, i didn't even know such thing as lag compensation. how could one exploit it by the way? lets say in ultra, how do you exploit it?
