Increasing lag on purpose as the only way to beat keyboard players with mouse allowed?

Am I allowed to use programs like Netlimiter or VPNs to decrease my internet speed that I get more lag compensation?

I am mouse ultra player and I want to have a way to beat keyboard players in time burner. https://lichess.org/blog/WN7V-jAAAAdH8ITR/announcing-instant-chess Lichess announced ultrabullet (called instant-chess there, it's the predecessor of ultrabullet) as "if a player is fast enough with their mouse". From this follows that playing with mouse is the main way to go in ultrabullet and it's the way Lichess prefers.

If you understand this it's logical that there should be a way to beat every other player with mouse of course. And in my view getting more lag is the only way for mouse players to beat keyboard players in time burner. Am I wrong?

So, increasing lag on purpose should be allowed because otherwise there is no way for mouse players with perfect connection to beat kb players on time. Or is there another way how to beat them? If yes, I don't know how...

Play with increment. Then keyboard users have no advantage over you.

good idea, but I imagine that anyway keyboard user have the advantage because they mouse slip less and even with increment there will be time trouble. In conclusion, keyboard users shall always have they advantage.
