How to quit bullet?

Closing the account is surely one way to quit bullet.

Not really, because you can play on Lichess without an account

Read some basic beginners book that explains the ABC's of chess and you will get over ur bullet addiction. When u realize that if there was an earthquake that knocked all the pieces off the board and it wud be a good idea to be able to remember where even ur KING last was? It can make u start appreciating what CHESS even is.

Focus on high quality chess, high quality moves.

If you go into chess with the attitude that you must prove to yourself that each move you make is the best possible move, then bullet is simply impossible.
