If a player spends an equal amount of time on any move and does not make mistakes, I am pretty sure I am playing with a cheater, a stupid type of a cheater who just copies engine moves without understanding them.
I know that I can't win but I still play, because I can learn something from playing with a cheater. Later on I will analyze the game and learn from my mistakes.
I can say again that the presence of cheaters does not annoy me, they are killing time in a stupid way, and this is not my problem.

i have seen here 15sec against stockfish8 win. but the method he used was something even stockfish dont understand.

I did not know that I had to create only one account here. I have deleted the other accounts.
They can ban you, but not your IP since you most probably have no IP of your own, just a dynamic IP given temporary to you by your internet provider; there is no reason to ban it, cause it does not identify you.
Anyway, I deleted the other accounts. So hopefully no problem now.
