Make sure you're wearing pants.
What's the time control? If a long time control (e.g. 30+30), remember to double check any lines you're unsure of, and remember to look for your opponent's ideas. I struggle with seeing opening queen forks, so in a game I'll check if the queen can infiltrate anywhere.
If you plan on using a specific opening, check a few lines not usually played, but are still strong, especially if the position gets complex.
Revise some common endgames (K+P, Rook endgames) and make sure you know the general winning/drawing strategies.
If you struggle with a specific tactic, do some puzzles on it! If you struggle with middlegame sacrifices, do sacrifice puzzles! If you struggle with King and Pawn endgames, do some of those puzzles!
Make sure to take some breaks. Just take a short break if you can between rounds. Drink some water or something, but nothing that requires mental focus. I find if I get mentally fatigued my performance drops significantly.
This is all stuff I did before my biggest tournament I've done. Note I am in no way a high level player, this is just some general advice that I found helped me in the competition and stuff I've learned not to do after.
Hope this was helpful.

Dude I've played practically every tournament I've played without practice but like I'm not saying that it's a good thing. Ofc, if u get the chance to study, study. But like 1 day shud be enough to revise everything
What time control are you playing?
Help! I've taken tons of driving lessons. I passed the test at the first attempt. Tomorrow I have to drive my car for the first time.

What you should do is not panic. Do some simple-ish tactics the day before, maybe for an hour or two, and then go to bed early!! The going to bed is the key thing. Understand that the world won't end if you don't play well, and simply aim to have fun. This will help you sleep, which will in turn help you play better.
Looks like you play a lot of bullet. Maybe play a classical game or two as well to get into the mindset of actually thinking and using your clock.
