You can try the Lichess game database. It will take some space on your PC though.

My one game on chessgames.com was a tactical game against a former World Championship candidate, where he annihilated me with a queen sacrifice that I missed. 365chess lists 22 of my games, so anybody wanting to prepare against me is better off on 365chess than on chessgames. As I am older than Kasparov, I retired from competitive chess when Kasparov retired.
I am using SCID - http://scid.sourceforge.net - for over 15 years under Windows and Linux and never missed anything. Opening Tree, Stockfish, endgame tablebases, everything can be used. Weekly updates to import recent games are available here: http://www.theweekinchess.com/twic
Here you can see a screenshot:
@oberschlumpf how did u get 6.03 million games in your scid did u copy paste very pgn from week in chess or are there any ways to get 6.03 million games in scid easily
@K_Iniyan 365chess.com is the best website
i used it to reach 1900+ on lichess.org
today i lost some games:(
but i got my mistakes using 365chess.com
@K_Iniyan : I would start with Caissa-Base: http://caissabase.co.uk
These are less games, but probably it even better fits general needs. Many years ago I bought a commercial database containing many low-level games especially from Germany, where the manufacturer (Chessbase) is located.
Updates are easy: after for instance three months you download the last 12 weekly files from TWIC, unpack them and import them in one go.
For games of players players with a Lichess-rating over 2400 played on Lichess:
