Sorry for the wipe, I changed the password hashing algorithm so the old password hashes wouldn't have worked any longer. See https://github.com/ArneVogel/listudy/issues/3
I will try to keep wipes to a minimum.

Many improvements and bug fixes have been made since the last post. I would especially appreciate feedback about the "line picking" algorithm. I feels like its jumping too much between lines at the moment and I would like to know how you would prefer it to behave.

Do you think it's better to have all the variations in one pgn file or do you think it's better to separate variations into different pgns for this website to be most effective?
Also, from earlier, I understand that you made the program to first learn the variations and that's why the green arrows first show the lines. I guess that's fine.
For suggestions, like i stated earlier, it would be cool if you could have a button to enable/disable the comments for each move. I intend to use this to provide hints for me if I get stuck on a move.
Also, it would be interesting if you could make a random training mode (provide random moves) and not just a sequential mode. Because currently, when studying openings the website only tests me in sequence for each move (move 1,2,3,4,5 etc...) and not for example move (2,5,3,1).
Also, it would be nice if you have a preview mode, which is basically just a person being able to preview all their pgn files even before training just to get a sense of the opening.
Also, do you intend to allow people to build their repertoires directly on your site with also having a UCI engine, or do you just want to support only the upload of pgn files like you currently have?
Finally, hopefully there will be board adjustment size (make bigger or smaller board), different piece styles, and light/dark/transparent backgrounds like in lichess.
I think so far this website is pretty cool. It would have been nice if lichess had this on their website. But if you can make the graphics look like lichess it would that would be very cool.

@GoodChessMind
I found putting all the variations into one pgn file (using lichess terms: everything in one study and one chapter) to be most effective for me for private testing.
The "Disable Help" button hides comments together with the arrows. I dont think I want users to make this decision for each move if I understand your comment right. I think that would be to complicated and tedious for hundreds of moves.
I like the idea of different training modes. I will work that in. Same with a preview mode.
As for building repertoires on the site: there are good tools for that already (especially lichess studys) so I dont think I could make a builder that would add any value over doing it on lichess.
Yes board and background adjustments could be added. I will look into it.
Thanks for the detailed feedback!

Another thing I noticed. I'm not sure if listudy supports multiple correct moves when you upload one single pgn file with multiple lines. For example, i had one position where i had highlighted in green two different moves. When i played the secondary move nothing seemed to happen (even though this move was at the end of the line it didn't appear to select a completely different line to test against me). However, when i played the mainline move it went on to the next move. Not sure what was wrong.
Another thing I noticed that could be problematic. So in my studies on lichess I have highlighted in green arrows moves to consider to play (various lines) but not necessarily good ones, but lines i explored. When i try to train the moves it shows multiple green arrows, which is confusing. I guess that's on me perhaps to make the arrows different colors for each different line in lichess? Would it be possible for listudy to have different colored arrows for mainline moves, secondary lines, tertiary lines, etc...? I guess i could just separate the big pgn into several different pgn files like I did earlier to train different variations one at a time.
Finally, how long do you think it will take you to design the site and do the preview mode of the pgn? Hope not too long because I plan on using your site a lot in the future to train my openings :)

@GoodChessMind I added the dark mode feature :)
Yes, I see the problem with clashing arrow colors. I will have to come up with a fix for that.
Can you give me the link to the study where you encountered the problem and the move where the bug happened? I will check it out.
For the preview mode, I will try my best but uni has priority.

Yeah it's the latvian gambit study i made. when i play the move g4 it the trainer just stops and doesn't do anything. It's in the line for e4, e5, Nf3, f5, exf5, Nf6, d4, e4, Nh4, d5, g4 and then it stops after g4 and doesn't do anything at all. I hope you can find it because the trainer tests me on it later on (after other variations). Here is the study: https://listudy.org/study/4SNI1DN
Also, for dark mode, when I log out it works when I click the dark mode. However, it doesn't work when I log back in (it goes back to light mode)

Great initiative. Is it a bit like Chessable?

@GoodChessMind I fixed the bug where the game would stop in the latvian gambit game. You need to reload the page with Ctrl+Shift+R on firefox or Ctrl+F5 on chrome to override the cached version.
@ChessPatzerFrance Yes, its a bit like Chessable.

Yes the bug is fixed! I tested it out. Thank you very much!
Another comment to add. The program already seems to test you randomly on positions once you play the first couple of moves from the very beginning of the opening. I was hoping that the program would always start from the very beginning for every single line (sequential training). For example, for my latvian gambit repertoire the program starts testing me on e4, e5, Nf3, f5, exf5, Nc6, d4, exd4, c3, d5, Bd3, Nxc3, Nf6, 0-0, Be7, h3; then after what i just showed you with the starting moves above it starts testing me on a certain position that you can see: https://imgur.com/xyNs6yQ
I expected it to continuously test me from the very beginning for each different line (this is what chessable does and chess position trainer) since I have no idea how i got to that position. Even though this seems repetitive (playing the same moves in the very beginning) it's important because I need to see the move deviates,
So to summarize. I would recommend keeping the current training mode, which appears to be random mode and also add the sequential training mode (test me from very beginning for each line).
Thanks for this awesome website!
