Regarding the blog post by GM David Navara

@RealDavidNavara I don't know if you are still reading this topic, but I went looking for a discussion after reading the blog talked about here as it was heart wrenching and I'm hoping to help you out. As someone who struggles with mental health issues myself (mostly anxiety), I know how easily things can get under your skin at times and it can be hard to shake. But suicide is a permanent action for a temporary problem and thus never worth doing it. Friends/family/pets will miss you more than you think and there's so many more good times to experience in the future even if it may not seem like it in the moment when you are feeling your worst. But always try and remember that you have felt it before and you got through it, so you can do it again and again if need be as long as you need to get through any bad timespan. It may actually be impossible to convince yourself this when feeling bad because our brains make it seem like all hope is lost when it's not. But finding what works doesn't have to be logical because when your brain is going hyper it's not looking for logic. It's essentially like a fight or flight response where there's a instinctive reflex going on and trying to force control back can make it worse because you are putting focus into it. Sometimes people find that they can get past it faster when they use grounding techniques, distractions, smells, music, exercise, dunking your face in cold water (for the dive reflex), snapping a rubber band on their wrist, meditation, breathing techniques, petting a animal, etc... Here's a technique taught that has been especially effective for many and can be used anywhere for instance: https://www.news4jax.com/news/local/2022/05/16/high-anxiety-joy-purdy-overcomes-bridge-fears/
It's kind of like a breathing-meditation combo to trigger relaxation based on how the body works and you just practice it a few times per day. Then when something stressful comes up, you'll have the technique down as a go-to. Stuff like this. You probably ran through a lot of this stuff with you psychiatrist already, but I figure it couldn't hurt to be sure just in case.

That all being said. Kramnik has been accusing people of cheating for so long that most don't take his accusations seriously anymore. In fact, more often than not when you see him post his usual accusations, you can find a number of people debunking it or making jokes about it in the replies or in communities (Search him on the AnarchyChess subreddit for instance to have a great time!). The ones left that do take him seriously probably are just unaware that he's blowing smoke. Perhaps because he's a GM too and thus appears to be a knowledgeable authority. But when it comes to online gaming, he simply seems to be completely oblivious to how people play and stuck in his ways to a comical degree. For examples: He has refused to use premoves and would get peeved when people who are losing would run out his clock rather than resign as he seen it as a form of poor sportsmanship. But online games of anything are no holds barred chaos because of people having fun trying to see what they can do within a game's constraints and/or follow the metas of the top ways a game is played for the best results. Believe me, I know. I'm more of a video game player and have tried to do all kinds of stuff in numerous games for fun and to master them to the max, lol!

FIDE's response, or, well... Basically lack thereof, has been really odd. He has been doing this for years and there hasn't been anything done about it. So he has had basically free reign to make victims of numerous people. Or... At least try. Because in the big picture, the many people he's complaining about and reporting are still playing. This makes him think that nothing is being done about cheating and complain about that too so it becomes a embarrassing cycle for him as he continues to show others that he has no idea what he's talking about over and over. Even if FIDE never addresses it, you can find numerous other videos and articles that have shown Kramnik misreading/misrepresenting stats among numerous other things. Here's one for instance that covers a bunch of stuff separated by timestamps in the description:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnApDAzI4u0
So really no one needs an "official" source to make a statement and/or address things even if it would be nice, the community itself will figure things out eventually.

As an ironic bonus: Kramnik has actually been suspended on Chess.com at least once that I know of due to his continual accusations: https://www.reddit.com/r/chess/comments/1fp03b5/kramnik_temporarily_suspended_from_chesscom_due/
So at least someone is doing something. Plus he admitted to account sharing to look into cheaters which was against the rules:
https://www.reddit.com/r/chess/comments/1bqu1p4/investigation_kramnik_played_under_denis/
He also seemed to close his account just yesterday which is common when people are peeved: https://www.chess.com/member/vladimirkramnik
(Though one can reopen accounts of course)
Watching him self destruct over and over is like karma at work. So try and take solace that too.

At the same time, we are gravely concerned that the way Mr. Kramnik presents his points brings a lot of harm to the chess community. Mr. Kramnik must recognize, that it is not just his opinion or questions – it is a very clear narrative, and coming from the former World Champion it could be ruinous for the careers and a very well-being of certain players.

OH MY GOD — FIDE BREAKS THE SILENCE!!!
I wonder what led to them doing this, maybe they were actually recieving backlash (and surprisingly got affected by it this time) regarding how they just didn't care about @ RealDavidNavara's emails, but this is actually crazy. Maybe FIDE is going to start taking such actions on all these controversies (of which 90% are DIRECTLY related to them anyways), and that'd be good. A good concerning governing body after all. MAYBE

The right pair of bureaucratic eyes seem to have taken notice of the issue, it should not have taken all this time given the timing of Kramnik's again misguided approach to highlight both cheating and broadcasting players names using shady statistics.

Makes me question FIDE's understanding of the topic tbh, whatever data Kramnik has presented is not beyond the means of a average high schooler's weekend research project.

While the intent is good, the approach is dubious, this will and should raise more eyebrows on FIDE's evaluation post this communication and PR debacle from them.

Oof ... yet more empty words ... sad
IMHO it's about most that could be expected. I don't think it would be realistic to think FIDE could issue anything stronger. And even this, relatively mild, statement is still seen by Vladimir Kramnik as one-sided and unfair to him.
