Should I write my Diary on a physical diary or should I type it on Microsoft Word?

I like to write what happens in my day. I record my feelings and thoughts. I usually do this by writing this in my diary. However, there is the option of typing it down too.
So, what should I do? Type on Microsoft Word or Write in my Diary? What are the prons and cons of either?

I would write it physically but it is all up to you.
