No, at this point I expect you to disagree with me -- and that's genuinely okay.

I'm merely human, and I can be wrong. I have been wrong at times in the past, I think.

But if somebody is going to take me on, I hope it will involve more than just calling me a Martian.

I'm not a Martian. Although I wish I were, I was born way too early for that.

Someday, somebody will be able to proudly say "I'm a Martian."

So long as the pessimist, grouchy Left doesn't destroy our own self-regard, as a species.

You're okay, @da_loser , and I thank you for the hearts. But I don't need them. This isn't about me. In the real world, I'm of relatively little importance.

But I try to get the big questions right. Let's all do that.

Have a nice night. I respect your chess play. But I know a lot of very bright people who know nothing of chess. Chess is a bit of a specialty.

Yes, europe will face the cozt alone if they have to.

If USA want compensation for increased costs due to the war in Ukraine, they should demand it from Russia. Russia started the war, Ukraine is the victim. Don't blacmail Ukraine.
