If they don't know then they don't care. This is the answer. If you want to prove that this irritates them you should ask them in PM or find any complains from the winners of those tournaments.
I don't see any problem with honesty. Lichess doesn't hide Yearly tornaments and anyone who is interested can check schedule and see how ofter Yearly tournaments are held. And there are no anywhere in a rules of Lichess said that name of the tournament should be alined with it's frequncy. So there is no problem from honesty point.
As you see there can be other opinions. But I don't say that you are wrong from formality's point. You're right. It's just not so important for most of the players and while it is this way I don't thinbk that any changes will be done.
<And there are no anywhere in a rules of Lichess said that the name of the tournament should be alined with it's frequency. So there is no problem from an honest point.> So you need to write in the rules that the content should match the name? Otherwise, you don't feel cheated?

If there are no rules about tournament names then I just don't care much about how they are called. Especially if you can easily check they're frequency in the tournament schedule.
So nope, I will not feel cheated, but I agree that from formality point you are right.
But hey, you can create your own goal - try to win Yearly tournament and then complain about not being on the honor board for a year, and may be if there will be at least one complain about it from the winner of the tournament then they will do something about it :D

And how do you imagine the rule about the tournament name?
"The tournament name must correspond to the content, otherwise you can complain about us?"

Well then, from a formal point of view, there are no problems. If they don't say anything about it in the rules, then the name of any tournament is not obliged to reflect the essence of the content.

Yep, if you're using a formal point of view with regard to Lichess rules, then yes — there’s nothing technically wrong.
When I said you were formally right, I meant it in the sense of inductive truth correspondence.

In your interpretation, the name of the arena has no meaning and no responsibility if it is not stated in the rules. Then I cannot be formally right. Because formally there are no disagreements.

As I said - you're formally correct in the sense of inductive truth correspondence, not Lichess ToS.

So in your understanding, truth can only be in the additional explanation in the rules, without which the name means nothing. In this case, there can be no truth or formality in the name. How can I be formally right, relying on an initially meaningless name?

There are different types of "truth". You can be correct in the sense of inductive truth correspondence while not correct in relation to Lichess ToS.
