After the same position arised for third time on the board (moves 42, 44 and 46), my opponent played fastly and I couldn't claim the draw. But I have this right acording to article 9.2, a of FIDE Laws of Chess.

I am sorry, where is the repeat?

Unfortunately, you cannot just stop the clock and call for an arbiter, so you need to click on the draw button (sometimes twice, check your settings) and then make a move. If it's a repetition, the game will end.

Exactly where they said it is after black moves.

Ah... sort of a proactive three fold claim. Have run into the issue before and my only (not great solution) was to be prepared to press the claim button as quickly as possible. But if they premove...
The method you mention still has a slight time component to it but at least under your control and the three fold rep claims can be set to automatic when there's a significant time crunch at the end anyway. Thanks for pointing out this method which isn't so obvious.

@ThiagoSSoler just activate autoclaim

#1 I believe there was no three-fold repetition. There would have been if White played R1d2 instead of Bd2 on move 45.

Positions after black's moves 42...Rc6, 44...Rc6 and 46...Qb4 are the same. It's a threefold repetition, if you claim it correctly.
