I lost my account password help

Hi, I lost my account password and my e-mail password, Can an administrator help me get my account back?

I'm very unhappy :(

Then how on earth are you logged in?
Do you have autofill. Maybe going into passwords with autofill on your device you can see which one it is.

You don't need your email password. Only email you need.

Well, recover the password for your email account first then and then proceed resetting the password here.
