Imo the community should start adapting to a simple guideline in response to threads like this:
"I-G-N-O-R-E"
You gave away the game with this comment (the irony may have been lost on you).

OP, if you want to know, you need to make a list with the people you report. you check the username after a month or two, and you see that several are banned or account doesnt exist
I have done this with multiple accounts frequently over many months to no end, yes.

It could work better, but it's much easier to criticize than to come up with a better solution.
I am asking why a major fair-play feature seems to have no efficacy YoY. I have put in the work already engaging in the methods already engineered by the site as it is designed.

I only post in these threads so that other people see how insane they are (here: reporting 500 games of 545 games over two years...) but you're probably right, it's the same every damn time.

This is my experience now. Please explain how this could be true. Lets say there are 500 reports over 2 years.
Having a short look at your reports, I want to point out that neither did you send 500 reports over 2 years (in fact, far from it), nor did we ignore your reports - in fact, we took action on a couple of users.
How could this realistically be the case. What am I missing.
We usually do not discuss this in public, but as you are specifically asking for an explanation: most of your latest reports seem to be based on some statistics or accuracy numbers alone, and as such don't make much sense. Also, some of the claims are clearly wrong (like claiming someone activated their cheats at a very specific time and playing perfectly thereafter - when in fact the opponent kept blundering and only won after several of your blunders in a rather trivial way).
These kind of reports are a good example why it is so important to have human eyes look into them, and not ban people automatically based on some metrics. That being said, each nonsensical report takes away resources from the team, which could be put to better use.
