Its good for brain to play or study chess.after all the we lose about as often than win because of rating system that pairs us with rated oponents of same skills that we have.

As to frustrating it's hard to say and discuss so personal view. For example, I train my will and concentration playing chess games under music in blitz. Each moment I should know what partner's idea and have own plan.

Losing has become my habit and now it does not frustates me

I think it's thrilling to win a well-played game because there is something of the joy of artistic creation in it. (By comparison, there's no great joy in winning because your opponent committed a Fingerfehler.) So it's understandably disappointing when you make a mistake and thus can't experience this enjoyment. If you lose simply because your opponent played brilliantly, I don't think that needs to be frustrating: it may help to consider the situation from your opponent's perspective. Remember Spassky's response to Fischer's brilliant win in the sixth game of their 1972 match.

Analysing a winning game seriously will take the same time. And don't expect your winning games to be much better than your losing ones if you look at them critically!

I think it’s frustrating because if you lose it means you must accept you have been beaten by your opponent which some people take as accepting that their opponent is better than them. These people usually don’t want to accept this so they rage and get frustrated.
All the best.
