I think a person who cheat, or any crime (that's a crime, in religious terms - a theft of heart, or theft of thought) he lost his shame. shame makes as avoid doing certain things that we want. "how would I live with myself", "how can you live with yourself". shame separates us from animals. (as a feeling, thoughts also separate us from animals, but people who use their G-dly ability to hurt others... they are misusing the power - that's worse than an animal - the worst of an animal is to kill in order to eat).

Why don't we execute the lion for murdering the zebra?
We understand that it isn't responsible for its actions. - no brain, only feelings and some lust.

There is no excuse for Cheating ,,, Reason ... Reason is Not Involved & such actions as Cheating are Immoral in Life' ... Don't Cheat at anything or pay the price for doing so ... Many years ago the price was severe for cheating at cards for instance
