I don't think so, never considered my self to be stronger than ~1700. Though, I did reached 2000 in blitz once on chess.com.

Ehhh, I'd say that's pretty debatable.
What is this "confidence interval"? It seems like everyone, myself included, gets 95%.
1708 for me, which is much higher than I expected. I'm at a 1400 rating right now in bullet, so I expected my rating to be around 1100-1200 as that is my current blitz rating.
