What is the average rating should every play have?

My rating right now is 1500 straight.... Is that good?

I am having a hard time understanding the question. if you are asking for the average on lichess then it is 1500. If you are asking what is the best rating then the simple answer is as high as you can go.

1500-1525 for bullet and 1550 for blitz

You are asking what is the average.

There is no "best average" so I presume you mean at which point you are above the 50% of other players.

Lichess has stats for that (only applicable to players playing in lichess so dont try to compare those ratings with chess.com or FIDE ratings etc)

So hover your mouse over the mustard/yellow line and stop at a point where it is over 50% this is the rating you need to have to consider your self at least slightly better than an average player.
