Given ghat you are already several hundred points stronger in bullet than in longer time controls, this suggests that your rating is most likely based in fast mouse speeds rather than good moves. This approach will only get you so far. At one point, you will have to learn chess.
And there is no quick fix for it. On the contrary, playing too much bullet can severely hinder your chess improvement and foster bad habits like going for cheap tricks, and unwillingness or inability to properly calculate.
At some level, people who are decent in bullet are not only fast, but also know how to play proper chess. So your speed won't be enough to offset their intuition for better moves any more.

Yes , play classical slow down and play chess the way it's meant to be played , I'm having a laugh with you as this is what I always say to speed chessers xxx

You could improve your normal chess skills for example in Classic and rapid. Also You could hold your figure to an field instead of premoving. This is a bit slower then premoving but You will make Not so many mistakes.

Thank you bros for helping me out . I will try to improve at rapid and classical . Peace!

Wow! I didn't knew that! I have 1800 in blitz and almost 2100 in bullet. Do you think that the same happens to me?

Maybe. You can usually notice that for yourself if you look at your games and how you win/lose them carefully. If you are playing a longer game (10 min+), do you really "think"?

Like others have said, slower time controls help improve move quality. 2–3 Rapid games a day is my recommendation (it’s what I should do, too).

To get better at bullet first master longer games such as 20 min because all bullet is is doing the things you are doing in long games but faster
