Crossing the 2000 mark in bullet is when it becomes much more important to have a strong positional knowledge as well as tactical knowledge. Up until ~1850 in bullet tactics dominate but beyond that it's important to have a deep understanding of positional strategy and be able to come up with accurate positional ideas within seconds, as those moves will be the majority of the moves you make in 2000+ rated games. I recommend reading Silman's how to reassess your chess.
