The best solution to the problem of cheating (maybe)

Everyone who actively plays on lichess knows that there is quite a lot of suspicious play on the part of opponents, and lichess almost never bans anyone. Apparently, there are either too few moderators, or too loyal rules - I don’t know for sure, the lichess doesn’t specify what the bans are for, the wording is too vague. I don't want to go into that, it doesn't concern my proposal at all.
I was led to my idea by a cheating program, a demonstration of which I found. If there is a program that can make the best moves for you, then you can create, I hope, a program that would evaluate the opponent's recent games and give a recommendation whether to start playing with him at all. Perhaps more stringent criteria should be laid down for such a program than I assume the site itself uses. I hope this proposal will be of interest to someone who loves chess and fair play, but also understands something about programming, unlike me :)

No, the best solution is to create a better report system, so Lichess users will know that their cheating reports are actually being noticed by Lichess moderators.
Also, how can you propose changes to the cheating algorithm without even knowing what it currently does?

Guys what do you complain? Just block players personally if you do not like them. And peace!

Not really, I haven’t found much suspicious play when playing on lichess and personally other websites have more rampant cheating and worse anti cheat software. Lichess is good at cracking down on cheaters and personally I would say it’s the best website if you want to play against fair opponents ( people don’t just sit there and let time run out 1 move before checkmate, or harass you in chat or cheat using an engine ).

To the lords and the holy gate keepers of the divine Fort Lichess:

Sorry for my dumb question. I am certain that important high ranked and competent rulers and moderators like you in your positions have more important tasks to deal with than answers to bugs like me plagued with mental shortcomings of all sorts. I know my question is not worthy thy attention at all, since I should know that I know that you have everything under the most strict control. So sorry in advance and may You foregive me.

But, but is there maybe a tiny nano chance for you to answer the question :

How many accounts did lichess punish last four, 4, weeks, for cheating
