Should kb be used in ultrabullet? (A discussion and a poll)

You have to get the API, program an Arduino or some other microchip. System to run a chess board that uploads/downloads the moves. There will be more delay. I can't see it going as fast as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTEj4moaay0, just watch this and then complain about advantage.

30 I think I may be a little confused. I'm awful with computers. Obviously that would be suboptimal, but that also would alter the rules, unlike the use of keyboards.

Not being a particularly technologically-savvy individual, I am going to ask a question that may sound stupid: Do internal keyboards require plugins to work?

And in order to make that question sound less dumb, I'm going to ask a question that IS stupid: What if you just allowed the keyboards to play using one octave?

no, because ou will lose a lot of time from kb

@st33 When you're in the endgame, there is not much advantage between kb and non-kb due to premove frequency. And even then, just continuously moving your mouse while pressing designated keyboard buttons gives kb players an advantage.

I suppose that anyone could assign a key to be the same as a mouse click, I have a Pen and Tablet, if I put transparency over the Tablet I don't think I would be much better, I will try it and let you know. As I can assign any key to a pen tap.

That's another thought you can get some Wacom tablets that show the screen. My one is the cheapest.

Another thing my son used a Nostramo programmable gaming pad. For fast games, you could download key maps given for the game you are playing. How would you control this, no info could be seen at server level.

@st33 That's not easy to do and very few people will do so. The ones that will do so will be caught easily.
