Neither. There are many free resources just as good if not better.
Chessable courses are a great resource if you can find the right one. You can do this by looking at the reviews, asking in the chessable forum, or taking advantage of their 30 day money back guarantee policy to see if it's a good fit for you. However, you still need to be doing your own work that does not involve drilling theory over and over again, like checking a database to see if there are any critical lines not covered in the course, as well as analyzing games of strong players in that opening to better understand the middlegame ideas.
I don't think it's worth it. There are a lot of good free courses
omg ty for these many reponses
I like a lot the Visualize series. I think it is helping me a lot.
There are 5 courses on the series. I'm on the first one: https://www.chessable.com/course/25695
I think it's worth the price.
