I have in classical a rating deviation of 62? What does that really say? How do i get it lower, i have played about 500 classical games?
I have climbed a good bit the last months, would that increase my deviation?

The lower the deviation the more stable ( hence accurate ) your rating is.

There is no good reason, to become it lower.

Mine is quite similar.
Looking at the stats of the highest rated classical players on site I see deviation figures ranging from the 60's to the 90's. It seems to me that anyone who is improving will have to wait till they reach a peak and maintain it before they see a low deviation figure.
