0-10= new to chess (100-499)
10+ = beginner (500-999)
20+ = intermediate (1000-1299)
30+ = advanced (1300-1699)
40+ = very strong (1700-1999)
50+ = expert (2000-2199)
60+ = master (2200-2299)
70+ = FM/IM (2300-2499)
80+ = GM (2500-2699)
90+ = Super GM (2700+)
100+ = Godly (2700+)

Actually, I am too old and clumsy for Bullet, rush and storm & stuff. Note that most correlations are only valid for under 30 y.o. with a high significance. It is strongly biased towards youngsters.

Yeah, does not add up. Everyone has different abilities, strengths and weaknesses, there is no point in trying to generalize like that.
