Percentage of game with two queens for one player

Wow English is not my mother tongue so I will do my best to explain my strange question:

Hi dear lichess users,
During important world championship etc, players start the game (so physical games, not through a screen) with an extra queen outside of the board because the probability of a pawn promotion while still having your queen in not so low. I would like to know this percentage, by using a database (of championship or lichess database for good players). I have absolutely no idea to start to find a beginning of answer. Do you have any tips? How can I learn to manipulate those database. To find the games with 2 white queens? 2 white queens + 2 black queens? My question sound maybe strange but I am making a special chessgame and this has some influence on my design. Complicate to explain, sorry...
Thanks in advance for any beginning of answer!
Cheers,
Yo

It's fine - your English is fine. I'm not sure how you would go about answering your question however.

May i ask your interest in games featuring multiple queens?

Elo range between 2350 to 2850.

@GM01, @Sarg0n, @Irishman964 thanks so much for all those stunning examples!

@Nordlandia thanks for the PGN. I succeeded to open it to ChessX. I still have small knowledge in those database. How did you create this? Just keeping those game day after day? No automatic search?

I guess I need to find a large database of pro games (where?) then browse all the game position (FEN notation?) or certainly better using algebraic notation search `(=Q). Do you recommand a specific language to do that? I am just on the beginning of my answer.

@Nordlandia yes on the beginning I had 22 queens in my game design, but now I change it for a smaller design with only 21 queens + a special piece allowing one rook (black or white) to transform in a queen (black or white)... so 3 queens in total is possible but not 4... (and the rook need to be outside of the game obviously.)

Thanks again. Have a good day,
Yo
