I don't think that civil cheated anyway, but seems he lost his appeal & Lichess will ban him for 6 months, it is sad.
Ban probably because of 15A Lichess Liga, not because of RK, even he is overrated.
But we can see that in some of his games, he was just blundering.
So could civil got banned because of rating manipulation ?
