Number 1 Racing Kings player got banned without a reason?

What I do not understand is, why can Lichess not tell him at least what he did wrong, where he cheated, if he really cheated? Was it because of the use of multiple accounts? Not playing with black? I would like to know the truth. What happened? An answer to this question would make this site much more serious. But we can see the same situation with Magnus and Niemann. And nobody informing us what is going on is damaging the entire chess community. If we do not know what happened, who cheated and how, we will not be able to trust in other chess players or organizers and at the end people might stop playing chess, because of this non-transparency. Would you go to play a chess tournament where there are a lot of rumors about cheating players but where there are no facts or even real accusations? I think the entire community lost their courage. When I was young, people where still able to stand in front of you and say things to your face! Now, everybody is just hiding somewhere behind their artificial walls and engines. We need more courage and we need to fix things like gentlemen. And if some actions where wrong, it is ok that these actions have the corresponding consequences.
> Was it because of the use of multiple accounts? Not playing with black?

No. These are only forced account-closures due to multiaccounting or neverending unsportsmanship. Apparently you haven't read my blog yet (especially parts B and E)

Appeal page says if there's a mark for cheating or for ratingmanipulation, or if you're muted / playbanned etc. You can confess and ask for a 2nd chance, or contest if you say it's wrong

If there were a formal obligation for Lichess to prove cheating by showing games / provide reasonings, it would make mod work go up exponentially and just suck for Lichess

Objectively you don't need to worry much bc Lichess mods/admins still run things seriously and sincerely

Magnus-Niemann is not comparable - Magnus is no authority running a chess service, and it's about OTB chess and speculations without any final verdict spoken ...
Mate you have had previous banned accounts, that is a bannable offence.
Yes, I understand the extra effort it would mean to inform each player why they got banned, but maybe at least some kind of artificial intelligence should at least indicate in the account what type of cheating happened. Just one sentence would be enough or for example the exact time and date when cheating happened or when a certain limit of unfair behaviors is passed, so we can all check and confirm without always being in doubt. In the Magnus case it is also the "doubt" that is killing chess right now and that is really very sad to see.
Cheaters of course know where they cheated and where not, but they don't know what exactly caused them to be spotted and banned. Besides, you don't necessarily need this info for a successful appeal if you're innocent.

Lichess has authority for its site, Magnus has no authority in OTB chess (yeah, Magnus needs to justify himself asap). Also Lichess and chesscom are very careful with ban decisions if reputation is at stake (e.g. grandmasters - not that GMs could get away when users could not, but that Lichess invests all resources possible in case of a GM or likewise)
