If you are talking about a master database that corresponds to the Opening Explorer on Lichess, I don't know where that is kept - if it is even available. I also don't know who maintains that database. I believe an initial version was created by the author of the following web page. The latest on this page is Oct 2021.

Chessgames.com has an excellent database: https://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessplayer?pid=15940

And pgnmentor.com has many downloadable PGN files available: https://www.pgnmentor.com/files.html#players

I mean the data base here on lichess. when you analyse a game, on the right you can see games played by master players. but how can i search the data base directly for a player?
