That makes possible to create something similar to a lichess study while being offline and supports an opening database, engine integration is also important.
Preferably something that doesn't look like Win98 GUI :) Free or paid doesn't matter.
Thanks in advance,
Strategicness.

@TartakowerCK Thanks for the suggestion, seems like Chessbase is the only decent piece of software available at the moment for players a bit more serious about chess, I had considered buying it before it's just a bit too expensive to justify since I'm by no means a professional or am I preparing for something serious, definitely on the hobby side of the thing, but thanks anyways for the great suggestion.

I have this cool idea of having an android / iphone app where you have that Leela bot trained to play like a human, I forgot the name, playing the typical moves of a person of a certain elo all the way to GM. Then a second companion app for studying games with the talking feature alien chess used to have to explain moves including the reasoning behind the mistakes. Using the same leela bot to show the typical blunders people will more than likely play at a given elo. That to me would be incredibly useful for training purposes. Why practice for the best computer line when a person won't play the computer moves back? At least after the opening... Plus base the different bots like Mike Tyson's punch out characters, and have them talk smack while you play "an optional (chess hustler / park player mode), then different characters for the serious tournament mode without trash talk ofc,(make the characters look a little smarter for that part of the game). I think it would be fun.

@Ganjman while that sounds like a possible good idea for an app it's far from what I was looking for, no one said anything about studying the best computer line, when someone speaks about opening database they mean a database with master games (generally), and the point is not to memorize but rather understand the middle games and plans better of a certain opening, memorizing lines is completely pointless if you don't understand the goal of said line / moves.
