he outplayed Rybka on several occasions. His only losses were giveaways or to other engines. He beat several other known engines, and his move times suggest consultation.

Himizu, I looked at both those losses to screwball. I looked at all his losses and draws. He dropped won games (seemingly on purpose) out of the blue. In one of his games vs. screwball he hangs a
rook after playing flawlessly. In the other game he is also clearly winning and gives it away.

I think he was clever about it, but ultimately I believe he was cheating. We're willing to consider evidence or reasoning either way in any case, and the ability to reimburse fully remains an option.
