I spoke with mopis via pms...

He claims to he used to have a FIDE rating and that he is an elderly man.

I would have to test some of his games to confirm.

Lost games against Lvl 8 ai.
If he uses an engine than the engine must suck.

At the same time mopis has beat Egypt

croboban (a former cheater) beat Egypt also.

Versus...

I have played him several times in short games and never lost (Im not very good).

Potent a cheater beat Versus

He lost against AI level 8
He lost against several low skilled players

I suspect the following two:

the amount of times they show on trial unresolved list.
betetowsky - 19 times
alfabeta (adjusted, once) - 15 times

I would have to make some tests to confirm

Well I analyzed two of the games between
mopis and cro-boban using rybka 4 w32.
On this computer I dont have the better engines but its still one of the top rated engines.

Basically no errors on both ends (I deleted some of the commentary where it didnt matter so it could fit on the screen).

The second game analyzed didnt save but they played
~70 moves little errors until the end.

The player Egypt beats cro-boban many times.

I analyzed a game with Rybka between mopis (rating formerly reset) and Bloodninja (rating also formerly reset).
They make very little mistakes.

I do not want to discourage FMs, IMs, and Gms from playing here but really this is odd stuff.
