I've been a chess.com member for 8 yrs, and mostly satisfied. However, for correspondence (daily) players like me, they have this horribly implemented "vacation" feature. I'll spare you the details about how regularly abused it is, how simple it would be to address and how chess.com refuses to make changes to it (despite voluminous requests to do so).
In any case, I've gotten so fed up with players suddenly going on "vacation" when they are about to lose on time (meanwhile, they continue to use the site to play online games, conduct analysis, etc.), that I recently opened an account on lichess. So far I'm really liking it and plan on switching over. And fortunately I don't see any type of "vacation" feature!
